I will teach you about complimentary pairs which harmonise humans and are found within cycles of nature. When applied, we develop our capacity to further bolster energy output, and in turn deliver restoration by choice or flow, rather through necessity or force.

About me

I believe each person has their unique optimal balance between needing to grow and evolve through challenges or stressors, to integrate and up-level through respite and calm. With trainings completed internationally from the mountains of China to the Californian coastline I bring a professional toolkit made up of leading edge physical training, ancient wellness practices, and somatically informed body conditioning.
